Experience:
Regardless of
the format Exquisite Performance Coaching provides a unique,
powerful context
and platform for organizing to succeed.
Within the model clients are led to experiencing what it
is like to have
already succeeded completely. Then using the knowledge gaining
from this
insight they can work back to the starting point and along the
path of activity
and actions required to produce that specific result. When someone works from a sense of
success they will be
filtering incoming information in relation to what it will take to
succeed –

EPC –
Organizational Consulting:
Exquisite
Performance Consulting for organizations blends the EPC Model with
the Satisfaction Cycle
developed by Joseph Riggio for corporate and organizational
applications. Instead
of focusing on individual outcomes EPC – Organizational
Consulting puts the
attention on the organization as a whole entity. The shift is from
tactical to
strategic thinking, planning and execution. The organization if
forced to begin
from “What’s Working” and only then to move onto “What’s
Desired.” When a
complete description of an “ideal” state for the organization,
division,
department, team or project has been developed the
consideration moves onto “What’s
Missing?” to bridge the gap between where and how they are
currently operating
and where and how they want to be operating. Only after the
complete criteria
required for producing a success is generated is the “Solution
Experience”

EPC Training
and Certification:
EPC Training
and Certification provides the background, learning, knowledge,
skills and
experience to lead both individual and organizational clients
through the EPC
process. This
is an intensive learning
program that is more like an apprenticeship than a traditional
training program.
The program is only offered once every year or two directly with
Joseph and a
small team of coach-consultants. Each person who wants to join
this program
must submit an application, be interviewed by Joseph and attend
an orientation
program prior to be accepted into the full EPC training and
certification
program.
Once accepted
into the program you will become a member of a small group of
trainee-apprentices who will meet once a quarter for three to five days
with Joseph
for two years. After completing the first year of the program
successfully you
will be certified as a provisional EPC Coach, allowed to use the
designation
and provided with coaching leads. After the successful completion
of the second
year of the program you will be certified as a provisional EPC
Consultant,
allowed to use this designation as well and invited to work with
organizational
clients.
Only those
people completing the full training and meeting the strict
requirements and
guidelines of the program will be offered full certification and
licensure. Sometime
between six months and one year after completing the EPC
training program your
work will be reviewed and you will either be fully certified and
licensed,
given the area(s) that require additional refinement in order to
become
certified and licensed or asked to leave the program. The total time given
for attaining full
certification and licensure is no more than four years. Note: It is
possible to
be certified and licensed only as either an EPC Coach or an EPC
Consultant,
however everyone must complete the full training
regardless.
