The
Exquisite Performance Coaching™ Model is based on a simple
premise:
Almost
everyone who wants something has desire, but not “readiness.”
Desire is
evident as they “want” something, yet in order for them to do
what will be
necessary to get and have what they want they must also have a
sense of
“readiness” to do what it will take.
Instead of building the readiness necessary most people
will jump
directly from the “desire” to the “process.” The “process” is what it
will take
to do the things that will produce the desired outcome.
What occurs
when someone goes directly to process from desire is that they
cannot produce
the outcome they expect because the appropriate belief structures
that support
a positive expectation are lacking.
This means that they will continue to remain in “wanting”
to get and
have their outcome, without actually being able to produce it -
naturally and
effortlessly.
The
Exquisite Performance Coaching™ Model aims at one
thing:
Producing
a state of “readiness” in relation to producing desired
outcomes.
When “Desire”
and “Expectation” are collapsed into a singularity then “Readiness”
is
produced. Readiness allows the
individual who desires something to move from the state of
“wanting” or
“desire” to taking positive action. This can only happen when they
hold a
positive expectation regarding the outcome.
The Exquisite
Performance Coaching model builds the state of readiness by
collapsing “desire”
and “expectation” in relation to the process to be used in
producing the
outcome. This
is done through
looping between “desire” and “expectation” until they are
perceived as a
singular experience by the individual.
The Exquisite Performance Coaching model uses a
unique and powerful
process to integrate information from the context and/or
environment relevant
to the individual producing their outcome with the desire and
expectation held.
Then this is fed forward into the “Process” and again the process
is looped
with “Resources” based on the individual’s “Knowledge,” “Skills,”
and “Experience.”

working – from the future back to the present – is referred to as
operating
“teleologically.” This simply means that instead of your past
pushing you
forward or worst holding you back, you are organizing in
relationship to a
compelling, irresistible future that is pulling forward to it. The
great
advantage in learning how to operate teleologically is that you are
no longer
limited to what you have or haven’t learned or experienced in
your past – operating
this way your only limited by what you can imagine and
create.
Using the EPC
model a certified and licensed coach will work with you to
precisely define
your outcomes, then you will build a complete and accurate
representation of
what it is like to have already succeeded in attaining your
outcomes and
explore the impact of these outcomes on your life. Your coach will
then assist
you in building the positive expectation required to take the kind
of action
that will produce these results. Only when you’ve done this to the
satisfaction
of your coach and yourself will you begin to put together the plan
and process
you’ll follow to achieve what you have set out to achieve.
The result of
working in this way is that you always know both where you are
and where you
are going in reference to your outcomes. In addition you’ll be
running the
information that is present in your life at each moment in relation
to where
you are and where you are headed. At no time, like this, will you
ever have the
sense that you are ‘off track’ or overwhelmed. Instead you’ll be
confident and
secure in knowing just what each decision you’re making will
mean in terms of
consequences and commitments.
