IBLEA/IBLEC - NLP™ Advisor Coaching Training

Why be just another coach ... when you can become a licensed executive advisor instead?

Good coaches typically earn around $500/month, good advisors can easily earn $500/hour ... some of the best executive advisors earn that much in minutes.

What good advisors do that differentiates them from other professionals is bring a specific expertise to clients, transmit/transfer that expertise and often implement that expertise on their client's behalf or help their clients to implement it for themselves. Good advisors are experts for hire.

[NOTE: This program is designed to teach those who have area specific expertise the art of professional advisement - as well as teach those who want to pursue a career as a professional advisor both to develop and deliver the expertise necessary to excel on this path.]

The way the IBLEA/IBLEC - NLP Advisor Coaching Program is organized:

This program is delivered over twenty days in four integrated modules of 5 days each (Monday-Friday) presented every six months. The program is currently scheduled for presentation during the summer in the US and then again later this year in the UK. It is a requirement of the program to attend Module One prior to attending any of the remaining three modules, however Modules Two through Four can be completed in any order after attending Module One. After completing each module of the program you will receive a certificate of attendance for that module. Successful completion of entire four module program satisfies the professional education requirements for certification - as a Professional Advisor with IBLEA and/or Professional Coach with IBLEC.

[NOTE: Attendees who have not yet completed an NLP certification training will also complete the requirements for an NLP Practitioner Certification with the Society of NLP with the completion of the entire four module program. Attendees who have already completed an NLP Practitioner certification prior to beginning this program will complete the requirements for an NLP Master Practitioner Certification with the Society of NLP with the completion of the entire four module program.]

Module One: NLP Advisor Coaching

In this module you will learn how to apply the professional communication skills of the NLP model to professional advisement and coaching. The presentation of the NLP communication skill set will be tailored to the needs of the professional advisor/coach during this module. You will learn how to advise clients regarding both personal and professional decisions, as well as to teach them high caliber decision-making strategies for themselves. You will also learn the patterns of professional influence, persuasion, negotiation and motivation and how to use them on your clients behalf. The skills imparted in Module One will allow you to immediately build a professional practice and reputation as a high-level advisor and coach.

Module Two: Executive Advisement and Coaching

In module two the emphasis will be on working with high-level executives and professionals. You'll learn how to interact with these clients both as an advisor bringing specific expertise to them and as a coach assisting and facilitating them in realizing their desired outcomes. You'll learn how to assist them both on their own and with others. In this module you develop the skills necessary to advise executive clients on topics such as personal and professional communication, career strategies, and interpersonal/organizational dynamics. The information contained in this module alone will set you apart from the coaching crowd in terms of knowledge and skills. Completing the Executive Advisement and Coaching module will allow you to position yourself as a professional executive advisor and/or coach delivering this expertise and earning the income associated with having them.

Module Three: Sales Advisement and Coaching

The single most lucrative area for professional advisors and coaches in the business environment is in working with sales organizations and with professional sales people. It is not unusual for organizations to spend as much money developing their sales staff as they spend on developing all the other individuals in the organization combined. In addition even during difficult economic times organizations and individuals are willing to pay top dollar for high-level, professional sales advise and coaching. In this module you will learn the basics of sales advisement and coaching - and you will also learn some of the cutting-edge proprietary techniques for working with sales professionals and sales teams. Most importantly you will be able to implement what you've learned in this module immediately with individual sales professionals and entire sales teams.

Module Four: Organizational Advisement and Coaching

The top echelon of advisors and coaches work in the area of organizational development. These are the people with the knowledge, skills and expertise to impact large groups of people engaged in significant change and transition. The skills required of the advisor and/or coach working organizationally range from exquisite personal communication skills to superb analytical skills to superior strategic skills. This module is designed to develop all of these skills, while simultaneously developing your knowledge and expertise in organizational dynamics, development and behaviour. When you've completed this module of the program you will have the tools and confidence to work with organizational leaders to implement major change initiatives and transition them to a new level of success.
