The basis of 4th-Way NLP is about using the NLP model in the world as a practical skill-set designed to improve your life and the lives of those around you. Within this approach to using the NLP model the concept of "community" is extended to "system" - adding into the diverse mix of people the context as well.
Within our approach and model the idea of "Decision-Making" is fundamental, in fact we refer to decision-making as the fundamental cognitive act. This premise suggests that everything we do resides in our decision-making. Therefore the quality of our decision-making will determine the quality of our lives.
Just as important to us is our awareness of both how others make the decisions they make, and the way they influence our decisions and we influence theirs. It is is our proposition that this skill - the skill of decision-making, including the awareness of how others make decisions and how decisions are influenced - is the most valuable cognitive and subsequently behavioral skillset you can possess. Therefore it is our mission to expose this process to you and give you the opportunity to become an expert at making high-quality decisions for yourself, and also to become an expert in influencing the decisions others make around you - and especially in regard to you.
